Welcome to Sandpiper Flight Simulator. To ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to read the following Terms & Conditions. By booking or attending a simulator session, you agree to these terms.
1. ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE
Sandpiper Flight Simulator offers immersive Boeing 737 flight experiences for individuals, families and groups. All sessions are run by our experienced team and tailored to each guest’s level of interest, from complete beginners to aspiring pilots.
Your booking grants you exclusive use of the simulator during your session time.

2. AGE POLICY

Minimum participant age: 8 years old
-
Guests under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult
-
Very young guests must be able to sit safely and follow basic instructions
3. WEIGHT & SEAT SAFETY
-
Maximum weight for the pilot seats: 20 stone (127kg)
-
This is due to industry-standard seat mechanisms and safety limits
-
If you are unsure whether this applies to someone in your group, please contact us before booking

4. SPECTATORS & PASSENGERS
We proudly offer real passenger seats with live external views, allowing friends and family to watch the experience.

Up to 3 guests may attend without prior notice

If you wish to bring more than 3 spectators, please let us know in advance so we can ensure comfort and safety

Spectators must follow all behaviour and safety rules
5. ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR
For safety reasons:

No alcohol is permitted before or during simulator use
-
Guests who arrive intoxicated will be refused entry with no refund
-
Abusive, aggressive or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the premises and the booking being terminated immediately
6. MEDICAL & HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Please let us know in advance if the participant:

Has epilepsy or conditions triggered by screens or flashing lights

Has mobility limitations (we can adapt entry where possible)

Has heart conditions or illnesses affecting concentration
-
Requires special arrangements
Use of the simulator is at your own risk. If you are concerned about any health condition, please seek medical advice before attending.

7. YOUR BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 50% deposit secures your booking
-
The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on your confirmation
-
All bookings are non-refundable except where we must cancel the session
8. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
To keep our pricing fair and our schedule reliable, we use a clear and simple cancellation policy commonly used across UK simulator centres.
More than 7 days before your session

You may reschedule once free of charge
-
Cancellations: deposit non-refundable
7 days – 48 hours before your session

Rescheduling may be possible subject to a £25 rebooking fee

Cancellations result in loss of deposit + 50% of balance payable
Less than 48 hours before your session

Bookings are non-refundable
-
The full balance becomes payable
-
Rescheduling is not available
No-Shows
-
Non-attendance without notice is charged at 100% of the booking value

9. LATE ARRIVAL

Sessions start and end at the times booked
-
Late arrival will reduce your simulator time
-
If more than 20 minutes late, we may treat this as a no-show (depending on circumstances)
10. EQUIPMENT CARE & DAMAGE
Our simulator contains highly specialised equipment. Guests agree to:

Follow all instructions from staff
-
Handle controls, seats and panels with care
-
Avoid touching any restricted equipment or areas
Damage caused by misuse, negligence or unsafe behaviour may be charged to the lead guest.
11. GIFT VOUCHERS

Valid for 12 months from purchase
-
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
-
Can be transferred to another person
-
Must be used in one session unless otherwise stated
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

You are welcome to take photos and videos during your session
-
For commercial filming, please request permission in advance
-
We may occasionally take marketing images with guest consent

13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal items. Please keep valuables with you.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
If we must cancel due to events outside our control (e.g., power cuts, sickness, severe weather), we will rebook your session at no extra cost. Refunds may not be available.
15. LIABILITY
Sandpiper Flight Simulator is not liable for:

Personal injury caused by failure to follow safety instructions

Damage to personal property
-
Disruption caused by technical issues (rare, but we will always offer a fair solution)
Use of the simulator is at your own risk.
